Yee Yang is the scientific foundation of Auvira. A certified Food Engineer with three postgraduate degrees from Edith Cowan University (ECU), Australia, Yee brings over 15 years of hands-on experience at the frontier of functional food innovation.
His career spans leading R&D institutes, building landmark retail partnerships generating over ¥200M in annual channel revenue, co-founding a joint research institute with Zhejiang University of Technology, and publishing peer-reviewed science on gut microbiome and functional nutrition.
